Order & Delivery Policy
- Advance Orders: To ensure timely delivery and the freshest flowers, all orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
- Same-Day Orders: We do not guarantee same-day delivery. However, you may contact us directly to check availability.
- Delivery Areas: We deliver within a 50-mile radius of [77449, Katy, TX]. If you require delivery outside this area, please contact us for special arrangements.
- Delivery Fees: Delivery fees vary based on distance and will be calculated at checkout. Additional charges may apply for extended delivery zones.
- Recipient Availability: Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the flowers. If no one is present, we will leave the arrangement in a safe place or attempt redelivery (additional charges may apply).
Modifications & Cancelations
- Changes to your order must be made at least 12 hours before delivery.
- Cancellations must be requested at least 12 hours in advance to qualify for a refund.
Custom Orders & Special Request
We welcome custom arrangements! For weddings, events, or large orders, please contact us at contact@thebloomingeva.com at least 7-10 days in advance
Substitutions: Due to seasonal availability, some flowers may be substituted with similar blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic.
Refound & Replacements
- If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
- Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion based on the issue.
- Weather & Unforeseen Delays: Severe weather or unexpected circumstances may cause delivery delays. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible.
